This project aims to create a strong safety culture by encouraging proactive behaviors in preventing accidents. Supervisors and employees are trained in the Behavior-Based Safety program, which emphasizes “safety observation and immediate correction.” The initiative empowers employees to take an active role in reducing accidents and promoting safe practices both at work and in daily life.
