Commitment, Challenge and Opportunity
Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited is committed to managing its supply chain with consideration for social dimensions, driving sustainable business growth alongside partners and all stakeholders. Amidst a rapidly changing business environment, the Company faces challenges in continuously elevating supplier awareness and potential to understand and follow social principles. However, we see significant opportunities in building strong partner networks to collectively push social standards higher throughout the supply chain and create shared value growth.
To translate commitment into action, the Company has announced the Supplier Code of Conduct as the expected standard for partners to strictly respect. This focuses on protecting fundamental human rights, encompassing the prevention of child labor and prohibiting all forms of forced labor, while concretely promoting equality and non-discrimination. Furthermore, the Company supports labor rights regarding freedom of association and collective bargaining. Moreover, we expect partners to improve employee quality of life through measures to reduce and eliminate excessive working hours, and we strive to support Living Wage compensation, which must exceed the legal minimum wage standards, while ensuring working environments align appropriately with occupational health and safety standards.
Management and Operational Approach
The company manages its supply chain responsibly, with a strong emphasis on social aspects. It promotes fair labor practices and respect for human rights throughout all stages of the supply chain.

Procurement policies and practices are designed to be transparent, with partner selection based on ESG criteria. The company encourages partners to operate in alignment with business ethics and international labor standards. Training and knowledge-sharing sessions are provided to partners on sustainable business practices, and performance is continuously monitored and evaluated to build a transparent, fair, and sustainable supply chain network.
